Your musical focus/instruments you play:
I focus on Vocals, but I also play drums, guitar, bass, and some keys.

When did you start pursuing music?
When I was 7 years-old I took my first drum lessons.

What is your musical education?
I took a few years of drum lessons, but I’m self taught in everything else.

What are your musical influences/favorite bands?
The Band CAMINO, The Wrecks, COIN, Badflower, AJR, Twentyone Pilots.

What is your “deserted island” album?
Probably self-titled album by The Band CAMINO. Not a single flop front-to-back.

What is your favorite venue or event that you’ve performed?
Easily CMAC! I was in the same green room as Ringo Starr.

What’s the craziest thing that ever happened to you on-stage?
One time I jumped off of a box pretty high into the air and landed weird. Almost face planted into the drum set LOL. Also, someone once tried to set my bass player’s bass on fire during a show.

What’s the best piece of musical advice you’ve received in your career thus far?
Make friends in the music community and when one of you succeeds, you all succeed. It’s not a competition.

What is your favorite part of coaching at ROC Star Academy?
It’s gotta be the growth and progress you see from these kids. It’s so awesome to see them grow in confidence and skill throughout the years.
